Partner rules — agency notes

Scope

These notes are extra context for partners who resell, bundle, or invoice Hostzera as part of client engagements. The main program rules still apply — same tiers, bonuses, and Fast Start as every other partner.

Commercial conduct

• Bill clients transparently; pass through acceptable use, content, and resource limits.
• Provide accurate business identity and escalation contacts for customers you bring.
• Do not claim to be Hostzera corporate staff unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Pricing & accounts

Partner buy rates, bundles, and account structures are defined in your dashboard and contract. Unauthorized account transfers, cycling sign-ups for incentives, or "straw" clients may result in clawback and termination.

Support boundaries

You handle first-line questions about what you sold and how you bill. Hostzera addresses platform defects, network incidents, and control-panel issues per its support tiers. Misrepresenting SLAs or support scope is prohibited.

Earnings & payouts

Margin and commission accrue on eligible, collected revenue net of refunds and chargebacks. The €50 minimum payout threshold applies unless your agreement states otherwise. You may need to submit tax documentation before funds are released.

Suspension & termination

Either party may terminate per the agreement. Hostzera may suspend immediately for fraud, abuse, or legal exposure. Wind-down of client migrations and final settlements follow the contract.
