Partner program rules

Eligibility & enrollment

Participation requires acceptance into the program. Hostzera may deny or revoke enrollment for brand risk, traffic quality, sanctions/regulatory issues, or breach. You must provide accurate tax and payout details before funds are released.

Promotion standards

• No false or exaggerated claims about uptime, performance, security, pricing, or partnership status.
• Disclose partner relationships where law or platform rules require (e.g. "ad" / "affiliate link" / "#sponsored").
• Comply with anti-spam and telemarketing rules; no harvested or purchased lists without consent.
• Follow paid search and social advertising policies in your dashboard — especially for brand and competitor terms.

Prohibited practices

• Cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, or misleading URLs that attribute orders without authentic interest.
• Self-referrals, related-party schemes, or synthetic volume to harvest bonuses.
• Promotion on sites or channels primarily dedicated to illegal activity, malware, hate, or content that violates Hostzera's acceptable use policy.

Attribution & commissions

Referral attribution uses a 60-day cookie window and last-qualified-touch logic as defined in-product. Once attributed, each client earns 12-month recurring commission per client. Commission rates depend on product, tier, and time; only net paid, non-refunded revenue counts unless a promotion states otherwise.

Payouts & holds

Payable balances must exceed the €50 minimum (or equivalent) before withdrawal. Hostzera may delay or reverse payouts for fraud reviews, chargebacks, or tax/compliance holds. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

Intellectual property & brand

Use only approved logos and copy from the partner asset library where provided. Do not register domains or social handles that suggest official Hostzera ownership. Parody or comparative advertising must still be truthful and non-deceptive.

Program changes

Hostzera may update commission structures, cookie windows, or these rules with notice as your agreement requires. Continued participation after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
